How many guest can the facility accommodate?
The entire yacht club can hold nearly 1300 guests. Our Yacht Club tent pavilion can seat 400 guests at tables under the tent.

Do you have a private area for the bride and bridesmaids?
Yes, we have an indoor secured room with a private restroom that can be used by the bridal party for wedding privacy.

Can I use my own caterer for the wedding?
Unfortunately no, we have a contract that requires us to go through a specific caterer for all of our food needs. Fortunately, they are very good at what they do and can cater a wide variety of foods. We do allow you to arrange for your own cake provider.

Are there nearby hotels?
Yes, being close to the Omaha downtown area, there are several hotels within a half mile, many of which offer shuttle transport for wedding parties. Our sales team can also offer hotel suggestions.

I have a larger party that the boat's capacity. How will cruises work?
Our riverboat has a capacity of 149 passengers. Our weddings frequently have 400 guests or more. To accomodate this, we will typically advise to charter the boat for several hours and to take multiple one hour cruises. Popular choices are to have an earlier cruise for guests who may not stay for the entire evening, a mid evening cruise for everyone, and a late night cruise for the party-all-night crowd. When the guests are aware of the schedule beforehand, they are better capable of choosing the cruise that they can take. Or the bride and groom can even choose to assign guests to certain cruises based on seating arrangements or personal preference.
