Little Belle (1987-1997)
Our current River City Star riverboat was originally commissioned in 1987 by Laughlin River Tours of Laughlin, Nevada. The boat sailed in the Colorado River from 1988 until 1997, offering sightseeing tours, parties, and wedding charters.
Desert Princess Too (1997-2009)
In 1997 the Little Belle riverboat was sold to Lake Mead Cruises in Las Vegas, Nevada. With similar cruises to Laughlin River Tours, Lake Mead Cruises operated the Desert Princess Too on Lake Mead until 2009. It was then sold to the Keystone Group of Omaha, Nebraska - the owners of the previous River City Star riverboat and the River City Yacht Club.
River City Star (Retired)
The first River City Star riverboat was brought to Omaha in 2000. The boat was originally from the town of Browneville, Nebraska and was known as the Belle of Browneville.
Unfortunately, due to the age of the riverboat, and the ongoing maintenance costs, the Keystone Group was forced to retire the boat after the 2008 cruising season. It is currently moored in Plattsmouth, NE.
