Can I rent the landing only - and not the riverboat?
Yes, the landing is available for rental by itself.

What is the maximum occupancy of the landing?
The landing is capable of holding over 1300 people.

How close is the river from the landing area?
The river is approximately 40 yards away from the Yacht Club.

How do you protect people from being too close to the river while on the landing?
The landing is seperated from the river by fence, gate, and a hill leading down to the dock area. This buffer area is not easily accessable, and is not for use while renting the landing. Here is a picture of the area: Image

Is the landing handicap accessable?
Yes, we have handicap accessable parking, entrances, and a ramp that leads down to the boat docking area.
